Persistant pelvic pain, back and right side flank pain. how come?
I gave birth oct. 16th. in novemember i had three D&CS and a blood transfusion for retained products of conception ( placental fragments) i havent stopped spotting since and iv had persistant pelvic cramping accompanyed by what feel like jolts of pain shooting through where i believe cervix is and in in my left side of uterus. i also have lower back pain on both side of spine and on my side in flank region on the right side. my obgyn is a tool. like beyond belief im not sure how she has a job even to be honest. any ideas of what that could be?

As a moroccan on my early 30's...i can only speak of my generation, we were taught nothing in (public) schools about the issues you've mentioned, we had a brief lesson or two about pregnancy and childbirth, we usually spent those poor hours in either joking about the subject or simply ignore it totally because it wasn't something that concerned us, so i assume the curiosity level of each man often reflects his knowledge gain on these matters.
