i had sex on oct. 5th. and then had an internal ultrasound 5 and a half weeks later (nov. 14th). it didnt show a pregnancy. could i have had the ultrasound too early for anything to be detected?
also, all my urine tests came back negative. i just have a bloating feeling/ firmness in my stomach and pain in my pelvic area and don't know what else it can mean.
I had a transvaginal ultrasound at 5 weeks and we saw the gestational sac...2 days later we saw the yolk sac as well.

You are going to get a lot of conflicting answers on here. I am not sure what you mean by treatment, (I am clueless about that sort of thing) but I would just wait and ask your doctor. If you are talking about anything with chemicals in it than it is better to just wait. People on here argue about this all the time, so you really will not get a straight answer. Good luck!

Implantation bleeding usually occurs around 5-7 days after conception, making often occur right around the time a woman's period is due, and thus often being confusing--"Am I starting my period or not?" I had it with one of my pregnancies and thought I was starting my period. That baby was unplanned (like most kids) so I wasn't looking for pregnancy symptoms. As for other signs, sore breasts usually occur as they would during the week before your period would normally start, but the soreness and tenderness can be much more extreme and will last for several weeks. I couldn't even tolerate going over speed bumps in the car or being jostled by the family dog, it hurt so much. Morning sickness usually occurs around 4 weeks post-conception, or at 6 weeks pregnant (since they count from the first day of your last period, not when you actually ovulated), but not always. It can last for a few weeks to a few months, depending, but usually goes away around 12 weeks. Same with the extreme fatigue. Most early pregnancy symptoms don't occur until after you've missed your period and know you're pregnant anyway.
